We would like to reassure you that all reasonable precautions have been introduced for your safety; these include:
Enhanced cleaning protocol including use of viricidal disinfectant together with steam cleaning of curtains and soft furnishings.
Provision of hand sanitiser in the hallway and kitchen. Please use this frequently.
Supply of cleaning products beneath the kitchen sink to enable you to disinfect surfaces during your holiday.
Reduction in selection of guides, maps, books and games. Rather than remove these completely, we will leave a small selection for your use and switch these between visits; this will ensure a minimum 7 days isolation between use.
Guests are reminded that it is their responsibility to adhere to current government COVID instruction and guidance including tier and travel restrictions together with maximum number of households that can be together in an indoor setting.
It is also important that you advise us immediately if any member of your party develop symptoms of Covid-19 during your stay. Current government advice should be followed including advice to return home if you reasonably can.

COVID 19 CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you are prevented from travelling due to a general government restriction on travelling to holiday destinations due to tier restrictions or general lockdown then we would refund all monies paid. Similarly, if we are forced to close due to tier restrictions or general lockdown then we would refund all monies paid.
If however, you are prevented from travelling due to your personal circumstances e.g self-isolation, then all monies paid would only be returnable if we can re-let the property for that period.
